    The Overton Group works with its client for all their tenant/buyer rep site selection needs. This includes market and demographic research, contract negotiation, and purchase.

  • DUE DILIGENCE

    Once the sites have been identified The Overton Group handles this complex and critical stage by working with our architects, engineers, environmental engineers, general contractors, attorneys, and our other vendors to help complete all due diligence items including contract negotiation, site plans, construction costs, environmental reports, traffic studies, etc.

  • LEASE NEGOTIATION

    The Overton Group works with its clients and attorneys to provide a smooth lease negotiation process for our tenants and landlords.

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    The Overton Group will work with our general contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure an efficient and cost-effective construction phase. We handle all the final construction items including inspection, certification of occupancy, punch-list items, etc..
